Hello crafters! It's getting pretty spooktacular around here at CardzTV! Our challenge was to make a Halloween card. I decided not to use my Cricut for this card...instead, I used only punches. The punches I used are the Stampin' Up owl, modern label, gift tag and oval punches as well as the Fiskars grass punch and a Martha Stewart punch. My papers are from the Doodlebug Design "Halloween Parade" paper pad and Recollections card stock. The stamp set I used was Spooky Sayings. CardzTV Challenge #3- Make a Fun Fold Card!

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! I had a lot of fun making a card for this week's designer challenge over at CardzTV! Our task was to make a card with a fun fold. I wanted to try something I have never tried before so I decided to go with a tri-fold card! It's really not hard to do at all! I used the Cricut Mini Monsters cartridge and Mary's awesome stamp set: Mixed Messages. I thought the sentiment was perfect for this card. :) My papers are from Doodlebug Designs and Recollections card stock. I used a Martha Stewart border punch for the inside, some pretty yellow enamel dots to spice up the outside of the card and some googly eyes to give him some personality! Thank you so much for stopping by and be sure to go on over to all of the amazing designers to see their awesome creations! CardzTV challenge #1- Create a Card Using 3 Colors. (not including black and white)

Hello crafters!
Welcome back to another season of CardzTV challenges from the card design team! I'm so very excited to continue to be designing for Mary with her terrific stamp sets. as well as share the stage with so many amazing, talented ladies! It is an honor and privilege! This week's challenge was to design a card using only 3 colors. (not including black and white). This was quite the challenge! I decided to create a back to school card using one of my favorite Cricut cartridges: Teddy Bear Parade. I also used the Recess cartridge for the school house. The stamp sets I used from CardzTV were Just Saying and Summer Fun.  The 3 colors I chose were red, green and blue. (Although I forgot about the brown I used for the bears!) lol. I had such fun creating this card and it has special meaning for me because I am a teacher! Hope you enjoy this challenge and don't forget to hop on over to all of the other wonderful card designer blogs! Have fun!
