CardzTV challenge: Make a Card For Halloween!

Hello crafters! It's getting pretty spooktacular around here at CardzTV! Our challenge was to make a Halloween card. I decided not to use my Cricut for this card...instead, I used only punches. The punches I used are the Stampin' Up owl, modern label, gift tag and oval punches as well as the Fiskars grass punch and a Martha Stewart punch. My papers are from the Doodlebug Design "Halloween Parade" paper pad and Recollections card stock. The stamp set I used was Spooky Sayings. CardzTV Challenge #3- Make a Fun Fold Card!

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! I had a lot of fun making a card for this week's designer challenge over at CardzTV! Our task was to make a card with a fun fold. I wanted to try something I have never tried before so I decided to go with a tri-fold card! It's really not hard to do at all! I used the Cricut Mini Monsters cartridge and Mary's awesome stamp set: Mixed Messages. I thought the sentiment was perfect for this card. :) My papers are from Doodlebug Designs and Recollections card stock. I used a Martha Stewart border punch for the inside, some pretty yellow enamel dots to spice up the outside of the card and some googly eyes to give him some personality!
